• Asking a potential tenant
• Handing over the application to the client

 

 

 

The lease Contract, fee € 85 excl. the valid legal VAT. of 19% (vom 01.07.2020 bis zum 31.12.2020 16%)

 

this includes:

 

 

• Creation of a standard lease agreement with individual agreements
• Vote of the rental agreement with the Parties
• Conclusion of the lease

 

  

 

The handover service, fee € 65 excl. the valid legal VAT. of 19% (vom 01.07.2020 bis zum 31.12.2020 16%)

• Handover of the rental to the tenant incl. Protocol creation

 

 

Consultation

 

 

Consultation Services around Real Estate: 120 €/hour + VAT, or by agreement/arrangement. (vom 01.07.2020 bis zum 31.12.2020 16%)
